In 32 years, I've never seen the media root against the housing market like it is today. What a terrible disservice to consumers, housing professionals and the economy!
I hope their clickbait sells a lot of ads, because I know I won't be buying any from these misinformation-clowns any time soon.

Talk to a housing PROFESSIONAL.
The one who made a SALE today.
The one whose colleagues made HUNDREDS of sales today.
The one who has the DATA, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE.
Because there's more inventory right now than a year ago, when we sold MORE HOMES than at any time in 15 years. And appreciation still outpaces inflation, and borrowing remains at 50-year lows. If you want something good to happen, the conditions are STILL GREAT if you get the RIGHT ADVICE.
Don't take direction from someone who writes scary headlines during the week and movie reviews and recipes on the weekend. Five sentences, triple-spaced, with a few sad predictions is NOT the same as navigating an entire MARKETPLACE OF OPPORTUNITY.
