Computers and machines and software can slice and dice and deploy 24/7. But not you. You have a different makeup; you run differently. Optimal performance is not constant performance. And what’s more -
You aren’t that good when always “on.”
Stop trying to do everything, appear everywhere, be heard by everyone. No, it’s not okay to constantly crunch content, bleep, boop, burp, like some sort of vending machine. Yes, it’s bad advice to mimick the assembly line: just because your schedule has slots for every hour doesn’t mean you have to fill them.
It’s not normal to walk around filming everything. It’s not healthy to be worried about algorithms seeing you. It’s a nervous anomaly to jump at every notification. It’s inhuman to set a goal to go viral.
There’s no need to do; or overdo.
Make time to be; and being.
You are more than the sum of your stream.
Let the ‘bots do their own thing.
You are designed for much more than output -
You are meant for greatness.
